Must Have Madewell...

Over the last year or so I have been sporadically admiring Madewell's scrumptious garments via the blogosphere. The thing is is that I am not in a position - financially or geographically - to buy into the brand. Doesn't mean I can't continue to crush on it in this short, sweet and stylishly delicious video featuring Solange Knowles.

Have I ever mentioned that I wish to one day wake up with an afro just like Solange's?? Well, believe it!

A Long Time Between Posts...

It seems I have been on an unintentional hiatus from the blogging arena. Unfortunately for my ego, this affects no one but me. The inspiration that has brought me out of my dissemination slump is the Madewell Fall 2012 lookbook. This is odd because as of 4 months ago I became a professional stylist which ultimately means I spend an awful lot of time shopping. I see clothes all day every day and one might assume that this would make my fascination for them slightly less lustrous. Alas, no. I still love them, want to buy them, touch them and admire them.

So here goes... Admire away.

Spring, It's Time To Sprung...

I have a mental image of myself fluttering around during a Toronto Summer in a billowing white cotton frock and wooden platforms. Unfortunately, the reality is a little less romantic. I own few dresses and none that insight any feelings of urban fairy, oozing purity and prettiness. If I were to unzip my hip pocket it would hands down be for to be adored. Their site is currently showing off a spring/summer 2012 lookbook of the most scrumptious kind - a little pre-teen English rose, a hint of Picnic At Hanging Rock and just the right amount of leather overalls! What more could my impending hot weather wardrobe ask for? My god, it's time for a job - I'm mentally spending money before I have physically earn't it...
